Hendo's Beer Pairing Dinner is bringing something different to the table with an exclusive Beer Pairing Dinner featuring Hendo's own flagship brews. a five course, chef-driven experience built around bold flavors and house-brewed pours. Each dish, from Fried Corn Ribs and Pear & Burrata Salad to Beer Battered Fish Taco, Braised Short Rib, and Campfire S'mores, is thoughtfully paired with a Hendo's original, including the crisp El Hendo Mexican-Style Lager, the tropical West Coast IPA, the easy drinking Mistress Blonde, the Golden Ale, and the Crazy Hazy IPA.
Course 1: Fried Corn Ribs
Corn Cut Into “Ribs,” Deep-Fried Until Crispy, Tossed In Butter, Cotija, and Chili-Lime Seasoning. PAIRED WITH EL HENDO MEXICAN LAGER
Course 2: Pear & burrata Salad
Sliced Pear, Creamy burrata, Arugula, Candied Pecans, and a Golden Ale-Lime Vinaigrette. PAIRED WITH HENDO'S GOLDEN ALE
Course 3: Beer Battered Fish Taco
Crispy Fish Battered in our Blonde Ale, Topped With Cabbage Slaw and Lime Crema, Served in a Warm Tortilla. PAIRED WITH HENDO'S MISTRESS BLONDE
Course 4: Braised Short Rib
Short Rib Braised Low and Slow, Finished with a West Coast IPA Glaze, Served Over Creamy Mashed Potatoes. PAIRED WITH HENDO'S WEST COAST IPA
Course 5: Campfire S’mores
Toasted Marshmallow, Melted Chocolate, and graham Cracker Crumble, Finished With a Caramel Drizzle. PAIRED WITH HENDO'S CRAZY HAZY IPA
Brewed right here at Hendo's Barrel House, these beers bring the same craftsmanship and character to the table that's made our taproom a local favorite. This dinner is our chance to show off what our beer can do alongside a menu built to match it.
This is a curated tasting experience designed to showcase our beer in a way most people have never had it. Seats are limited for this one-night event, so get yours now!
Doors open at 5:15 PM, with dinner starting promptly at 6:00 PM on August 6th.
