What to Expect:
Intensive Training Sessions: Deepen your knowledge of longsword fencing and sharpen your tactical abilities with drills that will push your limits.
Free Sparring: Apply what you’ve learned in realistic sparring scenarios and receive personalized feedback from an experienced coach.

Michael Sprenger
Michael Sprenger has been actively involved in historical fencing for over a decade, with a particular focus on the longsword. With more than 100 competitive fights under his belt, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the camp. He has successfully coached several fencers to national championship titles, using innovative training methods that focus on both physical and mental preparation.
Michael specializes in the Constraints Led Approach (CLA), a cutting-edge training method that helps fencers optimize their learning by introducing specific challenges and limitations during training. As a certified mental coach in competitive sports, Michael understands how to equip athletes both mentally and physically for success. His personal mission is to turn fencers into nationally and internationally successful competitors—while keeping the joy of fencing alive.
