Turvallinen tila tehdään yhdessä. Jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä, sinulla on oikeus puuttua tilanteeseen. Kerro asiasta tapahtuman järjestäjille, Bar Basen henkilökunnalle tai järjestyksenvalvojalle ja pidämme huolen, että asiaan puututaan ja siihen suhtaudutaan vakavasti. We do not accept any form of harassment, discrimination, violence or molestation in any situation. Behave with everyone's comfort in mind and treat others with respect and equality.
Respect everyone's boundaries. We do not accept behavior that violates anyone's human dignity, personal space or integrity.
A safe space is created together. If you see or experience inappropriate behavior, you have the right to intervene. Tell the organizers of the event, Bar Base staff or a security guard and we will make sure that the matter is dealt with and taken seriously. Remember that the event organizers and our staff are here for you and everyone's safety at Bar Base is of the utmost importance to us. Let us know if there's anything you're concerned about.
The organizers of the event and Bar Base staff have the right to remove from the restaurant a person who does not act in accordance with the principles mentioned above.
