You'll leave with a clear understanding of:
✅ How to recognize and respond to common sports injuries
✅ When to let them play, when to let them rest, and when to seek help
✅ The importance of proper warm-ups, recovery, strength, and mobility
✅ Simple strategies that build confidence, improve performance, and reduce injury risk
The workshop will be held in our 5,200 sq. ft. Houghton Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, featuring comfortable table seating, light refreshments, educational guides, and take-home resources.
Our mission is to change the way young athletes train and care for their bodies. By teaching smart movement habits, proper recovery, and age-appropriate conditioning, we can help kids develop the same healthy routines used by high-level athletes—keeping them active, resilient, and enjoying the sports they love for years to come.
The best advantage a young athlete can have isn't more practice it's knowing how to take care of their body.
Together, let's raise a generation of stronger, healthier, and more resilient athletes.
