🌿 Summer Greetings, Colleagues 🌿I’m offering a weekend retreat for therapists, designed as a sacred space for your own deep care, and internal process.
Imagine the most nourishing moments of community: emotional depth, authentic presence, and full permission to let go into your own healing. This retreat is dedicated to you. Your nervous system, your story, your unfolding.
If you’re someone who values group process, connection, and genuine support, this space will feel like home. We'll work with themes like:

💠Where I shut down in relationships
💠The places I still carry shame, fear, or grief
💠What scares me in clients or in intimacy
This retreat includes:
🌀 Deep group process work
🌀 Core wound exploration in small triads/dyads
🌀 Gentle relational practices and support circles
🌀 Spacious time in nature, rest, and integration
Facilitation is informed by 30 years of personal psychotherapeutic work and nearly a decade of experience offering couples, group, and individual therapy. Clinical orientations include-

✨ Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy
Expect attuned presence, deep listening, and a confidential, welcoming space that honors your work and your humanity.
I feel like in our work as therapists, the more we grow, as well as be open to our own wounds, hurts, and blindspots we deepen connection to our humanity, heart, and everyone else including clients. And often we are so busy doing work with clients or other responsibilities, we can forget to take care of ourselves and do the work.
I've been feeling open, loving, and compassionate, and want to be able to care for people caring for others, as I feel I have a lot to give.
I also love the magic and spirit of dynamic opening and vulnerability in community as healing in itself. I'm motivated and excited to create and hold that space for others. The depth of emotional openness we can experience cannot be written, it is experiential.
