Anxiety can be hard for kids to understand, and just as hard for parents to know how to navigate. How do we help our children when they’re overwhelmed, worried, or afraid while pointing them back to the peace only God can give?
Join us for an encouraging evening designed to help parents better understand childhood anxiety through a biblical lens and walk away with practical, faith-centered tools you can use at home.

Our time together will be led by Alaina Murray, MS, PLPC, a school counselor and therapist at Live Oak Church who specializes in working with children.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, and be encouraged as we talk about how we can help our kids navigate worry and anxiety while reminding them that they are never alone—and neither are we as parents. 💛
