Learn how to tap your way to a better life in this ‘Help Yourself’ workshop. Our experienced therapist, Loretto, will teach you techniques that you can use yourself, whenever you need to.
Our therapists have put these workshops together using their knowledge and experience of what people find useful when they are coping with a cancer diagnosis. Please come along to as many as you like!
