Help Me Grow DC: Infant Safe Sleep Community Training

Help Me Grow DC will host an in-person safe sleep training and community resources provided to expectant parents and families.
About this Event

Join us for a safe sleep training event to learn about infant safe sleep practices and how to create a safe sleep environment.

Participants will learn:

• Safe Sleep recommendations
• Risk factors for sleep-related infant deaths
• What an ideal safe environment looks like

Participants will receive a cribette, distributed in order of Estimated Due Date (EDD)*.

*If you are within 30 days of your due date, you can receive your cribette on-site the same day.

**All attendees receiving a cribette must bring a support person to carry it, as we do not allow expecting individuals to lift or transport the crib themselves.
