About Helen King, Creative Director 

Helen has been working in advertising for 14 years. She’s the type of internationally awarded creative that's wheeled out when a client needs work that makes people cry, laugh, change their behaviour, feel like they're watching a blockbuster James Bond movie, or see topics with a fresh perspective.

Because Helen’s mission is to elevate underrepresented voices, everything she works on is imbued with diversity, inclusion, and equity. She works to improve representation behind the scenes, in hiring, and in helping emerging creatives. So, she's no stranger to giving and receiving help along the way.

Helen started her career in Perth, Western Australia and is now working in Amsterdam as a Creative Director.

About Becky Nascimento, Marketing Director, Growth Consultant and Coach

About Courtney Maywald, Director Of Brand Strategy, Booking.com

Courtney Maywald is Booking.com's Director Of Brand Strategy and also leads their DEI and Sustainability marketing programs. Courtney co-founded and co-chaired B.equal, Booking.com's global employee resource group (ERG) focused on women and is about to be announced as the leadership sponsor of another of Booking.com’s ERGs. Originally from just south of Sydney, Courtney has spent the past 13 years in Europe – six in London, seven in Amsterdam (and counting). She's worked in marketing for over 20 years, both on the client- and agency side, and is passionate about her dog, her nieces, and her goal of visiting her 50th country before the year is out.
