Helm to Hearth at Three Waters Resort & Marina is a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration that honors the bounty of the ocean while supporting meaningful causes from Friday, April 25th - Sunday, April 27th, 2025. In partnership with the James Beard Foundation, this event invites six notable chefs to showcase their passion for culinary, sustainable seafood through unforgettable dishes. Set against the stunning backdrop of paradise, Helm to Hearth is more than just a dining experience—it's a journey that connects guests to the source of their food, from the ocean's helm to the warmth of the hearth.
A portion of proceeds will benefit the James Beard Foundation and the Coral Restoration Foundation, supporting sustainable culinary practices and vital marine conservation efforts. Join us for a weekend of delicious cuisine, community, and purpose. Together, we can celebrate and protect the ocean’s incredible bounty.
The culinary masters joining the Islamorada Resort Collection’s own Executive Chef Charles Trexel, who leads the culinary concepts across the Collection’s three resort properties, for this weekend event include:
1. Chef Bryce Bonsack of the Michelin-starred Rocca in Tampa, FL
2. James Beard Award Semifinalist® George Mendes of Amar at the newly opened Raffles Boston
3. Chef Asif Syed of 21 Spices in Naples, FL
4. Two-time James Beard Award Semifinalist® Chef Brandon McGlamery of Prato in Winter Park, FL and Luke’s Kitchen and Bar in Maitland, FL
5. Pastry Chef Heidi Kabath, The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island
