SHOW POSTPONED **Important Show Update from Hellzapoppin Circus Sideshow**
Dear Fans and Supporters,
It is with a sense of urgency and disappointment that we announce the postponement of our upcoming show Dec 23 at Brass mug. This decision, though difficult, is necessary due to a unique challenge we're facing with our online presence.
**The Challenge at Hand:**
Our efforts to reach you through Facebook and Instagram have been severely hindered. Despite our best efforts, our pages are experiencing shadow banning and censorship. Our content, celebrating the rich and historic art of sideshow – a tradition over 150 years old and a cornerstone of American entertainment – is being flagged for self-harm, which is both absurd and unfounded. It is not only impacting our social media pages, posts, but also our advertising efforts. All of our ads are flagged, rejected and/or under delivering and severely overcharging.
Sideshow is not just a form of entertainment; it's a cultural heritage, one that we proudly uphold. However, the current restrictions on social media are detrimentally impacting our ability to connect with you, our beloved audience, and it's taking a toll on our business.
**Ticket Information:**
- All tickets will be valid for the rescheduled show, date TBD.
- We understand if the new date doesn't work for everyone. Please reach out to the ticket company for assistance. For now and so that we don’t lose our event page, we are going to temporarily change the Facebook event page to a random date in March. We are working to find a new date and we will post that on the event page and will also include in our email newsletter.
