Ever wondered what’s behind the doors of the unique buildings along Coronado Avenue? This July, we’re opening one up for an exclusive look inside a hidden gem on Zaferia’s famous Architect Row, a creative office and warehouse space currently available for lease.
Coronado Avenue’s “Architect Row” earned its nickname as former warehouses and industrial buildings were transformed into studios and offices for architects, designers, engineers, and other creative businesses. Today, the corridor remains one of Zaferia’s most distinctive concentrations of adaptive reuse and creative workspace.
