Hello Market Back to school free community event
About this Event
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Hello Market invites families across East Tennessee to its Free Back-to-School Community Celebration on Saturday, August 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at . The event will bring together local businesses, family-friendly activities, shopping, and a community-wide school supply giveaway to help students prepare for the upcoming school year.
Guests can enjoy shopping with local vendors, free activities for children, and opportunities to support small businesses while giving back to the community. We will be giving away free school supplies to local children with a limit of 3 items per child, we are hoping to grow community and benefit local students and families.
The event is made possible through partnerships with local businesses serving as donation drop-off locations, sponsors, and community organizations committed to supporting Knoxville families. Additional community partners are still welcome to participate.
"Hello Market was created to connect our community through local business while creating opportunities to give back," said event organizer Shamir Peshewa. "As we continue to grow, we're excited to bring families together for a fun day while helping local students start the school year with the supplies they need."
