About this Event
Hellavision Television Presents Dance Everywhere on Sunday 10/25 at No Fun after the Open Mic! No Fun- 275 River Street, Troy, NY. Doors: 7:30PM, Start: 8PM. FREE.
"DANCE EVERYWHERE invites animators to dance in an unexpected location, to let the surroundings choreograph their movement and allow animation to transform their dance into something impossible. This episode is created by Minneapolis-based artists, Dane Cree & Woodlin Latocki. This 60 minute anthology features original, rhythm busting animation that will leave you buzzing.
Hellavision Television is a participatory animation anthology established in Minneapolis, MN in 2017. Twice a year we put out a call for submissions and artists have 5 weeks to complete a :10-2:00 short. It's non-curated, giving artists an opportunity to participate in a screening regardless of skill level. What you get is a 40 min - 90 min screening of experimental animation."
