Hella Joy Ride | JUNE 2026

Come join us on a social, no-drop, ALL-women ALL levels mountain bike ride in Annadel State Park in Santa Rosa, CA. We welcome all women and female identifying riders. Come one, come all, we just want to share the JOY of mountain biking with you!

*E-bikes are welcome! However, we kindly ask that E-bikes respect the pace of the ride lead and the group in general as many riders are not on E-bikes.

SKILL LEVELS

All ride levels, from New Rider to Advanced, generally have their own ride groups. Please see event tickets for ride descriptions to best decide which group to join. You can ALWAYS change your mind at the event, but registering here helps us plan according for ride leads.

LOCATION

Rides start and end at the Trail House bike shop and cafe in Santa Rosa. Bring your own MOUNTAIN bike or rent a demo from the Trail House (rent here).

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS APPRECIATED. You must sign the ride waiver here before joining the ride. Riders only need to sign once for the 2026 calendar year! Thank you in advance.

SCHEDULE

9:00-9:30AM | Check-in. Grab some coffee or a light snack from the Trail House cafe. Fill up on water, ride snacks and bike supplies in the bike shop.

9:30 AM | Announcements and Raffle. Win awesome prizes from our amazing sponsors - the Trail House, Camelbak, WTB and more!

9:30 - 9:45AM | Group Up and Roll Out! Organize into ride groups by self-selected skill level. All groups will have lead and sweep riders guiding the group and keeping the stoke high.

Ride! Ride for appx. 2-3 hours, depending on the group and route, with plenty of re-groups :-).

12:30 - 1pm | Post-Ride Lunch & Chill: Grab some lunch and a beverage from the Trail House cafe and relax on the patio with your new MTB friends!

A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS

~Waivers: You must sign the waiver here before joining the ride. Riders only need to sign once for the 2026 calendar year! Thank you in advance.

~ Come prepared: Bring your helmet, eye protection, water, sunscreen/long sleeves/long socks, and a mountain bike in good working order. Make sure to fuel up before the ride. Pack water and snacks.

~Demo rental bikes are available from the Trail House. You MUST booking advance here or stop by the shop ahead of time to reserve. Please note in your booking that you are participating in the Hella Joy Ride to ensure it is ready by the time we leave.

~ Safety & liability: Mountain biking is a dangerous sport, by joining this ride you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks and that YOU assume responsibility for your personal safety. Ride leads & sweeps are only there to help navigate the trails. You are responsible for riding within your ability level, and communicating any issues with the ride leads/sweeps. This is NOT a skills clinic -- please do not assume that ride leads/sweeps will be available for coaching.
