Held, Postpartum Sound & Connection is a gentle gathering created to support the emotional and energetic needs of the postpartum season. We’ll begin with a soft, grounding sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, followed by 15 to 20 minutes of optional connection, quiet conversation, and tea.Babies are welcome. Feeding, movement, and stepping out as needed are all okay. There is no expectation to share. Come as you are and rest in a space that holds you with care.
Space is limited so registration is required.
