Held in Rhythm is a somatic sound experience centered on nervous system regulation, deep internal relaxation, and natural release.
The hand drum establishes a steady, low-frequency rhythm that supports internal stability. Crystal singing bowls layer in sustained tone that the body can settle into, allowing effort to ease and deeper calm to unfold.
There is nothing to figure out and nothing you need to do. The steadiness of the sound gives your body something consistent to rest into, and in that consistency the nervous system begins to settle. The background effort we carry through the day starts to ease. Tension softens naturally. The body shifts from holding itself together to simply resting.
This isn’t about intensity or performance. It’s about creating the conditions where your system can reorganize on its own. Many people notice a clear internal drop into deeper relaxation, as if something finally had permission to let go.
