Held in the peaceful surroundings of Potash Barns, a beautiful retreat venue in the Suffolk countryside, this weekend has been designed to meet you exactly where you are.

You’ll stay at Potash Barns, a 4-star countryside retreat space exclusively reserved for our group. With three character-filled barn conversions, a purpose-built yoga studio, and a cosy communal lounge with a roaring log fire, every detail invites rest and restoration, respite and relaxation.

Susan Royle brings over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher. She is a Heart Meditation Facilitator, Rahanni Healing Practitioner, and grief-aware retreat leader who holds space with tenderness and deep care.

Sharon Buckley is a qualified Grief Resolution Specialist (Edu-Therapy), a Therapeutic Art Specialist, and Rahanni Healing Practitioner. She draws upon her personal journey with loss to guide others through theirs with empathy and integrity.

Together, we’ve created this space from the heart — a place where your grief will be seen, supported, and gently honoured.
