Introducing a new series, brought to you by April Buck of Spiral of Light Healing and Kristen Bruton of Wild Spirit Wellness, created to help you slow down and receive.

Held at Legacy Equestrian in Millstadt, IL, against the backdrop of horses and rolling pastures, we will begin with a gentle walk, grounding ourselves in the natural beauty of the farm. Our journey will then take us inside, for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, combined with the healing beauty of Tibetan Sound Bowls. We will conculde with an extended Savasana, with the option of receiving Reiki. ✨
