HELD: Energy Healing + Nervous System Support

Lie down or sit, relax, and receive. These sessions work mostly on the mental and energetic levels but may also be experienced as physical shifts. Allison will be practicing multiple energy healing modalities—including those from the Andean Spiritual and Healing Arts, placing medicine stones on your body where necessary and only with your consent.
