HELD: A 3-Month Healing & Support Series

A 3-month series for women moving through life’s challenges—whatever that may look like for you.

Dates: September 16, October 12 & November 11

HELD is a safe, compassionate women’s circle created to support connection, healing, and meaningful relationships while navigating life’s challenges together.

Each month will offer a different focus centered around healing, empowerment, personal growth, and authentic connection.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

In this intimate gathering, you’ll be supported through:

• Gentle sharing (always optional)
• Grounding practices to support the nervous system
• Intuitive guidance to help you process what’s present
• A healing space to support release and integration
• Connection with women who understand, so you feel less alone
• Group energy healing

The intention is to create a consistent, supportive community of women who are willing to commit to this 3-month journey together, allowing deeper connection, trust, healing, and meaningful relationships to naturally form.

Whether you are moving through loss, uncertainty, relationship changes, health challenges, career transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply a season of personal growth, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Together, we will create space for connection, community, healing, and empowerment.
