HEELS WORKSHOP w/ NICOLE ASPINALL

Nicole Aspinall is a professional performer and choreographer who began her training in Canberra before relocating to Sydney to complete her Diploma of Performing Arts.
Through her career Nicole has had the opportunity to work both as a performer and behind the scenes as a choreographer and movement director. Some credits include Puma, ASICS, Adidas, SubZero, YSL, Natures Way, Optus, Chemist Warehouse, Australian Idol, The Today Show and more. Nicole has also worked with artist such as Ricki Lee, Zoe Badwi, Peach PRC, Fischer, Ministry of Sound, Paulini, Marcia Hines and more. Nicole has work in live productions such as The Empire Strips Back, PussyCat Productions ‘MEOW’ Cabaret, VIVA Melbourne and Lassù The Show.
Nicole is a heels educator, with passion rooted in technique and connection to movement. Nicole now travels teaching and sharing her style Australia wide. Her classes include the biomechanics of moving and working in your heels, technique progressions where you can find that mind-body connection, and combination work to put all of this together and apply those foundations into movement.
