Work your body and have fun learning heels dance choreography! This class is for all levels and beginners are welcome at any class in the series. Students will be led through a warm up and stretch routine, then a short dance technique segment before working on choreography. July and August classes will revisit and continue choreography from June (song is Sports Car by Tate McRae). New students are welcome even if you didn't attend the first class of the series!What to wear:
-Dance Heels (always optional, bare feet or socks also fine). Look for a shoe with a shorter heel (1 to 4 inches) and no platform so you can feel the ground and flex/point your feet. Ballroom/latin dance booties or shoes are great choices for those looking to purchase new.
-Knee pads - the studio has a limited amount to borrow; students are encouraged to bring their own (or wear pants). Knee pads will make floor work much more approachable!
-Comfortable clothes that allow movement (bonus points for outfits that make you feel sexy/empowered/creative!)
