Get your hands dirty and learn about native plants and their importance to working lands within your community
About this Event

Join us for our Fall Volunteer Day at Willow Creek Conservancy!

We’ll be working together to add native plants to our hedgerow at Willow Creek Conservancy. Native hedgerows provide important benefits to working lands across our region, creating living borders that support biodiversity, improve soil health, and enhance crop production.

Please bring layers, sturdy shoes, and a water bottle. Snacks will be provided by your local Resource Conservation District! All ages are encouraged to attend. Tools and gloves will be provided.

Please RSVP so we can account for snacks and staff support. For more information, email the ULTRCD Conservation Project Manager at [email protected].

Plants have been generously provided by the Xerces Society through their Pollinator Habitat Kit Program.

This project is made possible with funding from the Wildlife Conservation Board.
