Join me for a beginners walk and talk on sustainable foraging for home herbalism.
We shall be stopping to look at our hedgerows and how they benefit nature and also us as a medicine. Remembering our ancestral knowledge and native plant medicine is a passion of mine so I will be sharing and giving you ideas to start your own home herbalism practices.
Please bring a notebook/pencil, a mug and wear suitable footwear.
Suitable for all ages but under 14’s must be accompanied.

Meeting at the small carpark before the bridge on Priory lane. This is on route to the scouts All Hallows/Orwell country park.
