9. Zimski festival bo veličastno otvorila dramatična simfonija Romeo in Julija Hectorja Berlioza. Za vrhunsko izvedbo bodo poskrbeli mezzosopranistka Julie Boulianne, tenorist Cyrille Dubois in basist Edwin Crossley-Mercer skupaj z Državnim zborom iz Kaunasa in Orkestrom Slovenske filharmonije. Večer bo vodil prejemnik dveh nagrad grammy in svetovno priznani maestro Charles Dutoit.-
The 9th Winter Festival will open in grand style with the dramatic symphony Romeo and Juliet by Hector Berlioz. A stellar performance will be delivered by mezzo-soprano Julie Boulianne, tenor Cyrille Dubois, and bass Edwin Crossley-Mercer, joined by the Kaunas State Choir and the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra. The evening will be conducted by two-time Grammy Award winner and internationally acclaimed maestro Charles Dutoit.
