Come and join the most flexible heavy metal community in Los Angeles. This is Heavy Metal Yoga LA.

This is LA's most awesome Heavy Metal Yoga experience. After 60 minutes of rocking out during your sun salutations to a carefully curated selection of heavy metal, we drink beer. Suitable for ALL levels.

1 1am - HEAVY METAL YOGA

1 2pm - BEER AND MORE METAL

DETAILS:

• ALL yoga experience levels are welcomed and encouraged!
• Wear your favorite metal shirt to class!
• Please arrive in plenty of time before class to check in and set up.
• Class is held inside the brewery taproom.
• Street parking is available around the brewery.
• We do have spare mats for rent ($5).
