Heavitree Health Walk

Join us for another one of our very social volunteer led Heavitree Health Walk.
Depending on volunteer numbers, we can often lead 2 walks, a Grade 1 and a Grade 2.
A different route each week, which might involve St Katherine's Priory or over to Ludwell Valley.
A weekly walk, starting at 10.30am, meeting opposite the Basketball Courts (look out for the team wearing their yellow HiViz Tabards)
A Grade 1 walk approx. 30/45 mins walk (all on the flat ground with firm surfaces, no steps or stiles)
A Grade 2 walk approx. 45/75 mins walk (may include moderate slopes, steps and unpaved footpaths)
Whether you want to get active, meet new people, or simply enjoy some fresh air, you’ll be made very welcome 💚
Before you come along:
• New walkers: please arrive 10 minutes early to register
• Wear suitable clothing and supportive footwear
• Bring water
• No smoking during walks (these are health walks)
Please note: On very rare occasions, walks may be cancelled due to weather. Walk leaders will always attend the start point to inform participants.
All walkers take part at their own risk.
💚 All walks are completely FREE
