🗓 Dates: Tuesdays — 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Sept & 6th Oct 2026
🕕 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Venue: Broadclyst Victory Hall, Exeter
💰 Cost: £200 per couple (includes all 5 sessions & refreshments)
What you’ll learn
Understanding labour and birth — what to expect and how to feel confident throughout
Pain relief options and how to make informed choices
The partner’s role — practical ways to give comfort and support during birth
Postnatal recovery & newborn care essentials
Relaxation and breathing techniques to stay calm and focused
✨ One session will be dedicated to birth partners, led by a relaxation specialist, to help both of you prepare together for a positive birth experience.
What’s included
5 weekly in-person sessions (2 hours each)
Resources and Refreshments each week
A goody bag at your first session
An additional 1-to-1 postpartum check-in once baby arrives — for extra support and guidance (worth £45)
