Join us on Thursday, February 6th for our Heaven Hill Whiskey Dinner in the Lititz Springs Inn Ballroom. This special event celebrates the release of our Rittenhouse Rye Bottled-In-Bond Bulls Head Select, and includes four courses and four paired bourbons/whiskies. We'll also have Heaven Hill representatives on hand to answer questions and provide tasting instructions. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 717.626.2115. Pairing Menu:
1ST COURSE
• Oyster Two Ways: Raw with Finger Lime, Micro Leeks, & Fresh Horseradish and Grilled with Creamed Leeks, Smoked Pork Belly, and Rye Bread Crumbs
• Paired With: Elijah Craig Toasted Rye Whiskey
2ND COURSE
• Stuffed Quail: Barbecue Glaze with Cornbread, Fig, & Bacon Stuffing, and a Rye Berry Frisee Salad
• Paired With: Rittenhouse Rye Bottled-In-Bond Bulls Head Select
3RD COURSE
• Smoked & Braised Brisket: Creamy Polenta, Charred Broccolini, Pickled Onions, and Nardello Powder
• Paired With: Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Wheated Bourbon
FOURTH COURSE
• Tuxedo Cake: Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse, Brown Sugar, and White Chocolate Mousse with a Raspberry Chocolate Ganache
• Paired With: Larceny Barrel Proof
