Info: Let the games begin! Welcome in!

Info: With all other activities before, during, between, and after. Day and night.Full event hours of Noon to Midnight. With the main dance parties swinging between 2-4 and 8-Midnight. You can literally dance anytime during these business hours.

Info: 2-4 rounds, 4-10 players per round. Line up at the Creepy Cafe Picnic Table. 2nd Cupcake Walk is at 6pm. We will have some bonus give away rounds. Play til you win!

Info: This is an artisan neighborhood y’all. Our talented community members and neighbors and friends entertain and show you what they got! Oh the variety! Who knows what they’ll do! These crazy kids.

Info: Main stage. The contestants for the Costume Contest make an impression on the audience, crowd judged! This is your chance to win them over. Tell us about your costume and character: Limit 5 minutes please. Ham.

Best interpretation of a recognizable figure. Someone, or something people know.And finally, Best team/group theme. Minimum 3 players, on brand, as a cast.

Info: Golden hour of wonderful lighting and with the backdrop of natural autumn trees, and the pond reflecting it all . It’s a special time. It occurs during this timeframe, but will not last. Stand on the sand and take a perfect photo!

Info: Resuming the dance party from 2-5pm. Festive tunes curated for the nite!

Info: Gathering of the crowd, all guests begin to make their way back in from the edges of the trees, come on back to the main stage area. Your family is looking for you! Announcements, closing words . Last three songs before the dance ends.
