Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help protect against heart disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers.At this cooking demonstration, CentraCare Heart & Vascular dietitians will showcase some comfort foods with nutritious ingredients that will warm your heart. The dietitians will prepare recipes in front of the group and provide samples.
