Participants will learn how to:

✅ Recognize the signs of cardiac arrest and other medical emergencies
✅ Perform high-quality CPR on adults, children, and infants
✅ Properly use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✅ Respond to choking emergencies
✅ Improve emergency response confidence in real-world situations
✅ Help protect family members, coworkers, customers, and community members
