Join us for a cozy, horse-loving afternoon with local author T.K. Sheffield - a celebration of stories, questions, and a little Valentine’s fun.
Children’s Storytime
12:30 p.m.
The afternoon begins with T.K. Sheffield reading an excerpt from her children’s novel Nellie’s Island, followed by a kid-friendly Q&A and book sale and signing.
This portion of the event is especially perfect for ages 7+.
Stuffed horses will be available for sale, too, since every great story should have a cuddly companion.
Valentine’s Book Signing
After the children’s event, T.K. Sheffield will be signing her Valentine’s novel, The Valentine Lines - a gentle, feel-good rom-com for readers who love holiday stories filled with clever puns and playful mythological references.

About the Author
T.K. Sheffield writes stories meant to make readers laugh and escape. Her Backyard Model Mysteries are often described as “The Devil Wears Prada” meets a Wisconsin supper club. Recent releases include the children’s horse story Nellie’s Island and The Valentine Lines, a playful Valentine’s rom-com.
An award-winning author and lifelong equestrian, T.K. lives in rural Wisconsin and serves on the board of the Wisconsin Writers Association.
