About this Event
About the Conference
The Heartland Municipal Lineworkers Training Conference is a three-day, hands-on training event created specifically for municipal electric utility lineworkers. Participants will rotate through instructor-led field stations that emphasize safety, quality workmanship, and practical skills that can be applied immediately back on the job.
Training is organized into Field Readiness and Line Construction groups so participants receive instruction appropriate for their experience level. Small group rotations maximize hands-on participation and interaction with experienced instructors.
