HEARTIKAL DUB SESSION #5Préparez-vous pour une nouvelle soirée haute en basses fréquences et en bonnes vibrations ! La scène sound system Québécoise se rassemble au Ministère pour une nuit inoubliable dédiée au Reggae et au Dub, avec une sono qui vous fera ressentir chaque ondes musicales.
Cette 5ème édition de la Heartikal Dub Session met à l'honneur des artistes de la scène locale qui ne cessent de faire vibrer les amateurs de bass culture.
🔊 Fox High Soundsystem
Passionnés de sound system UK, Renard Dub et RootyBé forment depuis 2022 le FoxHigh Soundsystem. Utilisant leur système de sonorisation maison pour diffuser leur passion de la musique à travers des sélections allant des early days du reggae jusqu'aux dernières productions UK Dub, sans oublier leurs propres créations venues tout droit du FoxHigh studio, dans un style Digital et Stepper qui ne manquera pas de vous faire vibrer !

🔊 Brica Brac Soundsystem
Les membres du Brica Brac Soundsystem, Eric, Greg et Wamba ont construit leur sono en pleine pandémie, portés par l’envi de rassembler la communauté reggae et dub au Québec. Basé à Sutton, les membres du Brica Brac collectionnent les vinyles et rêvent de transporter les bonnes vibrations du Carnaval de Notting Hill au Québec. Le partage est leur devise et la musique leur outil.

Rook, produit une musique Stepper (UK). Très actif sur la scène soundsystem, l’artiste enchaîne les sorties et fait danser le public avec son Dub Permanence (évènement qui met en avant les sonos artisanales locales).
Sur scène, Rook, se réinvente à chaque session. Il mène la danse en remixant (Dub) les titres de sa série, les Sessions À l’Air Libre avec des collaborations telles que Dubmatix, Alpha Steppa, Mat Fx, Atili, etc

Pour couronner le tout, nous aurons le plaisir d'accueillir le big bad Marky Lyrical en tant que special guest au micro. Grand collaborateur du Brica Brac, Marky Lyrical est un chanteur de reggae reconnu pour sa voix puissante, granuleuse et en même temps douce. Il a une approche résolument nouvelle du reggae tout en honorant les fondements et l'intégrité du genre.

Passionate about UK sound system, Renard Dub and RootyBé have formed FoxHigh Soundsystem since 2022. Using their in-house sound system to broadcast their passion for music through selections ranging from the early days of reggae to the latest UK Dub productions, without forgetting their own creations straight from FoxHigh studio, in a Digital and Stepper style that will not fail to thrill you!

Brica Brac Soundsystem members Eric, Greg and Wamba built their sound system in the midst of the pandemic, driven by a desire to bring the reggae and dub community together in Quebec. Based in Sutton, the members of Brica Brac collect vinyl and dream of bringing the good vibes of Nothing Hill Carnival to Quebec. Sharing is their motto, and music is their tool.

Rook, produces Stepper music (UK). Very active on the soundsystem scene, the artist releases a series of releases and gets the audience dancing with his Dub Permanence (an event that highlights local artisanal sound systems).
On stage, Rook reinvents himself with each session. He leads the way by remixing (Dub) the titles of his series, the Sessions À l’Air Libre with collaborations such as Dubmatix, Alpha Steppa, Mat Fx, Atili, etc.

To top it off, we will have the pleasure of welcoming the big bad Marky Lyrical as a special guest on the microphone. Great collaborator of the Brica Brac, Marky Lyrical is a reggae singer known for his powerful, gritty and at the same time smooth voice. He has a decidedly new approach to reggae while honoring the foundations and integrity of the genre.
