Hearth Run Club

The Hearth is launching a free community run for women, hosted in partnership with coaches from Queens Park Social Run! We will meet the first Wednesday of each month at 6:15pm for a 5km run around the neighbourhood. The run is aimed at being social with a chatty pace and is organised by UKA qualified coaches, meaning you get all the support of a club session, but in a social setting. We start and finish at The Hearth, meaning that even when the running’s done, the socialising doesn’t have to be!

Who is it for?

Anyone who identifies as a woman. This event is ticketed just so we can keep track of attendee numbers, if you can please sign up for a free ticket that would be a great help for us!

Meeting Location: The Hearth - 16 Lonsdale Road, NW6 6RD

Here’s all the important information you need to know before the run:

1. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. By attending, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate in running and exercise.
3. Any form of running can be hazardous and strenuous, and you shouldn’t take part unless capable of completing the full distance.
4. You are aware of the risks running on pavements can present and do so on your own volition. The organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, death or damage resulting from you taking part.
5. You will follow the safety instructions of the coaches and leaders throughout.
6. If you feel unwell during a session, stop exercising and inform the session lead.
7. If you need to leave early, please let the session lead know.
8. While items can be left at the venue during the run, this is done at your own risk. Neither the organiser nor The Hearth will be liable for any items left at the venue.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
