Hearth Home HIV/AIDS Task Force Meetings 2026

The Hearth Home HIV/AIDS Task Force is a collaborative community initiative dedicated to strengthening HIV prevention, education, linkage to care, treatment awareness, and stigma reduction throughout Mid-Michigan. The task force brings together healthcare providers, community-based organizations, advocates, public health professionals, people with lived experience, and community members to foster meaningful partnerships and improve health outcomes for those affected by HIV.
Our mission is to create a space where organizations and individuals can share resources, identify gaps in services, coordinate community efforts, and work together to expand access to HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and supportive services across the region.
