Meet Your Bakers at Andy’s Orchard, Father’s Day Fruit Tasting, June 21st
This one’s special for us. We’re setting up as a vendor at Andy’s Orchard for their Father’s Day fruit tasting, and for once we’re stepping out from behind the oven to say hi in person.
Come meet Lenny, the chef who actually mixes, laminates, and pipes everything we sell, and Diana, the one keeping the whole operation running. Ask us anything. How we roast the apricots, why we won’t cut corners on butter, what goes into a proper croissant. We love talking shop.
A lot of what we bake leans on Andy’s stone fruit and apricot jam, so this is the perfect spot to find us. And we’re not just bringing the usual lineup. We’re baking things you won’t see on a regular drop. New items, a few experiments, some things we’ve been itching to make and finally have a reason to.
Bring your dad. Bring the kids. Bring an appetite.
