Welcome to the Heartfulness Youth Weekend! This seminar is designed for students and young adults (ages 14-35).

The weekend will include meditation sessions, yoga, insightful workshops, and discussion groups. Be ready to meet new people, to volunteer, and to take time out for yourself.
