Heartful Sundays: Free Meditation Sessions at Scripps RanchJoin us for Heartful Sundays at the COMMUNITY CENTER in Scripps Ranch! Take a break from your busy week and unwind with our free meditation sessions. Release stress, find inner peace, and connect with your heart. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a readiness to relax. Chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring a mat or cushion if you prefer.
Please arrive by 7:45 a.m. so the trainer can guide you through the process before meditation starts at 8:00 a.m.
By completing the three Master classes first, you'll enhance your preparation for the meditation session and deepen your overall meditation experience.
