Heartful Mindfulness – Mantra Meditation, Kirtan and Spiritual Wisdom

Join us for a relaxed evening of mantra meditation, sacred music, and shared presence. Through mantra singing and meditation, we create a space to slow down, reconnect, and experience a deeper sense of inner peace and heartfelt connection.

The evening will be guided by Vedaji, a monk and spiritual teacher who shares meditation and spiritual wisdom in gatherings around the world. Mantra singing and kirtan will be supported by singer Sita, creating a warm and welcoming musical atmosphere.

This gathering is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation or already familiar with mantra. Come as you are and enjoy an evening of music, inspiration, and community.
