We are thrilled to announce that Krishna Das will be back in Amsterdam and will give a workshop Heart of Devotion on June 21th at De Duif in Amsterdam. The days before on June 19 and June 20th KD will give two Kirtan Concerts in the majestic De Dominicuskerk in Amsterdam. What a gift!
Krishna Das workshops are intimate forums providing the opportunity to dive deeper into the path through satsang (spiritual association). KD’s workshops typically last about three hours and include a minimal amount of chanting. KD often uses these forums to discuss the practice of kirtan, to share stories of Maharajji, to share life lessons, and to discuss the importance of integrating spiritual practices into our daily lives. There is generally plenty of time for questions and answers.
If you are mainly interested in Kirtan singing, please look at one of the Kirtans Krishna Das is offering too in Amsterdam on June 19 and/or June 20. In this workshop there is a minimal amount of chanting.

Krishna Das has been recording albums of traditional Indian chants and song since 1996 but has been on a spiritual journey his entire life. Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Krishna Das has been at the forefront of utilizing western melodic sensibilities in Hindu kirtan (chanting) and satsang while maintaining its traditional base and structure and is a master of infusing the Indian tradition with modern influences. While staying true to the path of Bhakti or Devotional Yoga, his music is energized with modern grooves and melodies to create soulful chanting that is eminently accessible to western hearts.
