Experience the transformative power of cacao and move through life with more love and freedom. This event features a guided dance flow class, opening and closing circles, and a cacao blessing. Participants are encouraged to embrace self-love, heal old wounds, or simply celebrate the beauty of love. 💌👯♀️Arrival & Welcome (15 mins) 🍫
• Opening Circle: Welcome to the space with an introduction to the event and an invitation to set intentions.
• Cacao Blessing: Each participant receives a cup of ceremonial-grade strawberry cacao smoothie. 🍓
• A brief explanation of the heart-opening properties of cacao will be shared. The facilitator guides the group to connect deeply with their heart energy, cultivating love—for self and others.
Dance Flow Class (45-60 mins)💐
• Guided Movement: As the cacao begins to open the heart, we transition into a free-flowing Dance Flow class. The focus is on embodied movement—freeing the body from tension and allowing participants to express their emotions in a safe, inclusive space.
• Integration: A gentle cool-down period where participants can reflect on the experience, rest in stillness, or share insights if they feel called.
Closing Circle (15 mins)🧘♀️
• Sharing: An opportunity for participants to share their experience, personal insights, or intentions with the group, creating space for vulnerability and connection.
• Gratitude Ceremony: Closing with a gratitude affirmation that celebrates love, connection, and healing. Additional Details:
What to Bring: Comfortable attire in red or pink (to embody the energy of love), water bottle, a journal (optional), and an open heart. 🩷❤️
