Greetings, I am facilitating Heartbridge breathwork here at Eight Lotus Wellness🪷
This class is the opportunity to connect your heartbridge and anchor your soul.
This style Breathwork is fast guided meditative breathing that connects the emotional & physical body to its energetic. That invisible field within us, as well as around us, This types of breathing allows us to trust in ourselves again. To feel safe in the unknown & uncomfortable. Allowing us to build the bridge into our heart center & anchor our souls deep back into Gaia as we trust in the process of the intense journey.
As we continue to dive deep within, you may have more clarity in reclaiming your own self discovery & compassion for life.
Eight Lotus gives this safe space to just be, aids in releasing stress, anxiety & emotionally stored pain at that deep cellular level. Feeling safe in your own breaths rhythm to fully let go of what no longer is serving you. Making space for a clearer foundation as to what you truly are taking with you into this next shift forward from the ripple of possibilities you created taking a moment to connect with your own breath.
Each individual is provided an eye mask, a blanket & bolster. Yoga mats are limited, so please be mindful in bringing your own if able to, we will be lying down for about 45-50 minutes in the duration of class.
✨A little in-site on your journey-
I begin by using my voice to help create that energetic grounding path for you feel the bridge begin to build from within, then transitioning to the emotive music that helps guide you through the journey. I will be using shamanic techniques such as soft touch & aroma therapy for your own inner transformational experience.
Goods will be used such as Doterra ‘oils’,
(unless requested otherwise)
