Come join us for an afternoon dedicated to nurturing your heart and mind while learning about Black History! This event will feature activities for the kids to include double dutch, hulla hoop, dancing, learning and other fun activities to promote overall well-being.

Whether you're looking to learn about mental health strategies or heart-healthy habits or a fun Black History fact, this is the place to be!
