Heart Beat of the Earth.
Join Lisa Valentine and Samantha Bowers on a sacred journey.
Saturday 29th November 6-8pm- Exchange £40pp (to include ceremonial dose of cacao & grounding vegan treat at end).
No experience needed, just an open heart and mind..
An informal gathering where we will come together, drink ceremonial cacao connect to the rythym of the Earth. We will sing medicine songs, drum together if you like or use a rattle or other percussion instrument. You can sit and recieve or join in as much as you feel like. All is welcome.
These gatherings are a way to connect, express creativity, and experience the joy of drumming, voice and more.
The rhythmic and repetitive nature of drumming can be calming and stress-relieving, there will be a focus on spiritual connection and healing.
Lisa and Samantha have combined experience and training of over 20 years in many healing modalities to include, Cacao, sacred space, shamanic journeying, mantra, breath work, sound healing & more. You will be held in a safe space.
