Join Iggy Garcia for a powerful, heart-centered experience where drumming and dance meet in one living circle 🪘
We begin with the drum… building a shared heartbeat using simple, beginner-friendly rhythms ❤️
Hand drums and percussion instruments will be available; if you have your own, bring it. Feel the groove, lock in, and experience what happens when a group becomes one rhythm 🔥
Then we move…
As the beat builds, your body joins the rhythm. No choreography. No judgment. Just real expression 💃🕺
Stomp, sway, spin, breathe… let the drum guide you and let your body respond 🌊
The drum holds the foundation. The dance becomes the expression.
This is a space to connect, release, and play… to drop out of the mind and into the moment 🙌
Come as you are and dance out what you feel 💫
All levels welcome. No experience needed.
