Heart to Heart: Coffee & Conversations for Women

Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center invites women in our community to Heart to Heart: Coffee & Conversations for Women, an informal gathering designed to encourage open, meaningful discussion in a relaxed setting. Over coffee, attendees will come together to talk about women's heart disease—an important health issue that affects women of all ages.

Led by Leona Bergen, ACNP, this conversation will focus on heart health risks unique to women, prevention, and recognizing symptoms that should not be ignored. Guests are encouraged to ask questions, share concerns, and learn in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Whether you’re focused on prevention, managing existing risk factors, or simply want to be more informed, this event offers a comfortable opportunity to connect, learn, and take steps toward prioritizing your heart health.
