As the world awakens from the grip of winter, the Spring Equinox Heart Space for Women gathering invites women to come together and honour the profound beauty of rebirth and new beginnings. The dormant energy of winter gives way to the reawakening of life. This transition is deeply symbolic of personal and spiritual rebirth. Just as seeds begin to sprout and flowers bloom, we too are encouraged to shed old patterns and embrace new possibilities.
This is a powerful time for setting intentions, particularly in areas of personal growth, healing, and transformation. Many spiritual traditions view the equinox as an energetic portal through which new frequencies of light and consciousness enter the earth, offering an opportunity for awakening and expansion. Participants will engage in an afternoon filled with activities that promote self-reflection and the celebration of feminine strength.
